These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Angareion, a situational-awareness and memory service for autonomous AI agents, provided by Angareion, Inc. ("Angareion," "we," "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent ("Customer," "you").
1. The Service
Angareion lets Customer capture, organize, and retrieve context — events, memories, documents, and generated outputs — for use by Customer's own AI agents. Customer controls what data it sends to the Service and which of its agents can access it. Free and paid plans carry different usage limits (memory count, agent count, storage, and similar quotas), described at signup and in the product.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for activity under your account and API/agent credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You will not use the Service to:
- Store or process data you do not have the right to store or process;
- Violate any applicable law, or the rights of any third party;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another tenant's data or to the Service's infrastructure;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service (including through excessive automated load not consistent with your plan's quotas);
- Reverse-engineer the Service except where applicable law permits it despite this restriction.
4. Customer Data
"Customer Data" means the events, memories, documents, and outputs Customer or its agents submit to the Service. As between the parties, Customer owns Customer Data. You grant Angareion a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and support the Service, including sending relevant portions of it to the subprocessors described in our Privacy Policy (for example, to generate embeddings, extract structured memories, or compose agent outputs).
You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Customer Data and for having all rights necessary to submit it to the Service. Tenant data is logically isolated by row-level security; Angareion does not access Customer Data except to provide support, maintain the Service, or as required by law.
5. Fees and Plans
Free-tier use is subject to the quotas shown in the product. Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance on a subscription basis through our payment processor; fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we otherwise state at the time of purchase. We may change plan pricing or quotas prospectively, with notice before your next billing cycle.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that risks harm to the Service or other tenants, with notice where practicable. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination, we will delete or anonymize Customer Data within a commercially reasonable period, except as needed to comply with law or resolve disputes.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Angareion surfaces context to agents you control; we do not warrant that any agent output based on that context is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular use.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANGAREION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. ANGAREION'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE (OR $100 IF YOU ARE ON A FREE PLAN).
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide notice (for example, by email or in-product notice) before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
